CoolSculpting....The Procedure (Part Two of a Three part series)

In my last post CoolSculpting....The Decision (Part one of a three part series) I told you that I would share with you the actual Cool Sculpting procedure.  My friend Bonnie Harris over at Wax Marketing was kind enough to do the taping/editing and posting of the video.  I also want to remind you that Dermatology Consultants asked me to try their new Cool Sculpting Procedure in turn for blogging about the experience and sharing it on my blog along with having the procedure taped for use in promotional material. This post consists of my own opinions, thoughts and does not reflect those of Dermatology Consultants.

In my last post I left you in the waiting room. As I sat there waiting, I text my Husband and Best Friend to let them know I was there and that I was waiting for my treatment to begin.  My husband was excited, I was nervous.  He did his best to calm my nerves by wishing me luck and telling me the below:

He's the best! Only my Husband can make me laugh and smile at the same time along with calming my nerves.

My BFF was more concerned about me and worried that something would go wrong.  I can't blame her, she loves me and is always looking out for me. Plus she's usually the one that takes part in My BIG IDEAS or tells me I'm crazy and talks me out of them~! I love her for that!!!

So let me tell you about the procedure.  Jamie took me back to the room and we talked about what was going to happen.  She asked me if I brought something to change into and excused herself while I changed.  I probably picked the wrong outfit and if I get my muffin tops froze I will opt for something different.  Something much cooler then fleece. I would suggest yoga pants or light weight capri work out pants and a t-shirt.  (I tend to sweat like a pig when I get nervous )

The amazing Dr. Barlow explained the procedure to me and warned me that the first 10-15 minutes of the procedure would be the worst.  Then Jamie took my before pictures (Which I will show you in my next post and compare them to my after pictures) and felt my baby fat and drew lines and an X Marks The Spot where the machine was to be positioned over my baby pouch.

Then it was time....the first 15 minutes were probably the worst.  When I get nervous, I tend to sweat, get hot and want to pass out.  Not glamorous at all. After that passed everything went really well.

Take a look at the video.

As you can see everything went extremely well and I and more then excited to see the results.

Stay tuned for my next blog where I will reviel my before and after results.
