In my last postCoolSculpting....The Decision (Part one of a three part series) I told you that I would share with you the actual Cool Sculpting procedure. My friend Bonnie Harris over at Wax Marketing was kind enough to do the taping/editing and posting of the video. I also want to remind you thatDermatology Consultants asked me to try their new Cool Sculpting Procedure in turn for blogging about the experience and sharing it on my blog along with having the procedure taped for use in promotional material. This post consists of my own opinions, thoughts and does not reflect those of Dermatology Consultants.
In my last post I left you in the waiting room. As I sat there waiting, I text my Husband and Best Friend to let them know I was there and that I was waiting for my treatment to begin. My husband was excited, I was nervous. He did his best to calm my nerves by wishing me luck and telling me the below:
He's the best! Only my Husband can make me laugh and smile at the same time along with calming my nerves.
My BFF was more concerned about me and worried that something would go wrong. I can't blame her, she loves me and is always looking out for me. Plus she's usually the one that takes part in My BIG IDEAS or tells me I'm crazy and talks me out of them~! I love her for that!!!
So let me tell you about the procedure. Jamie took me back to the room and we talked about what was going to happen. She asked me if I brought something to change into and excused herself while I changed. I probably picked the wrong outfit and if I get my muffin tops froze I will opt for something different. Something much cooler then fleece. I would suggest yoga pants or light weight capri work out pants and a t-shirt. (I tend to sweat like a pig when I get nervous )
The amazing Dr. Barlow explained the procedure to me and warned me that the first 10-15 minutes of the procedure would be the worst. Then Jamie took my before pictures (Which I will show you in my next post and compare them to my after pictures) and felt my baby fat and drew lines and an X Marks The Spot where the machine was to be positioned over my baby pouch.
Then it was time....the first 15 minutes were probably the worst. When I get nervous, I tend to sweat, get hot and want to pass out. Not glamorous at all. After that passed everything went really well.
Take a look at the video.
As you can see everything went extremely well and I and more then excited to see the results.
Stay tuned for my next blog where I will reviel my before and after results. If you can't wait and want to schedule your own CoolSculpting procedure, give my friends atDermatology Consultantsa call today at 651-251-3300.

-today its warm 64 and sunny with a few clouds in the sky and no wind! Wishing it was like this yesterday so the Hubs could have taken me for a Bike Ride!
3. What is the nicest room in your house?
-well, most of it is still in either the process of getting remodeled or still looks like it did when we moved in. Right now I would have to say that the nicest room in our house is my office. Minus a few more items on the walls, its complete! Though, its kinda messy!
2. If you could choose your last meal, what would it be?
-Chocolate everything!
3. What was your favorite toy as a child?
-My Barbie's!
4. What color looks best on you?
-I like light colors.
And don't forget to add a 5th Question on your own blog so we can answer as we hop around!
5. Are you a Football Fan?
-I most definitely am. A true Minnesota Viking Fan. But I do like the Cheeseheads, only because Jon Hoese plays for them and they do have a nice stadium. Though I prefer HighSchool Football. My son plays Full-back and I love watching him play!
About a month ago I told you all about Dermatology Consultantsopen house and Cool Sculpting Event that they were having and mentioned that "Yours Truly" would be giving Cool Sculpting a try. Well, let me tell you my day finally came.
First off let me disclose that Dermatology Consultants asked me to try their new Cool Sculpting Procedure in turn for blogging about the experience and sharing it on my blog along with having the procedure taped for use in promotional material. This post consists of my own opinions, thoughts and does not reflect those of Dermatology Consultants.
I'm sure your thinking what had she gotten herself into now...I thought that at first as well but you know me. "I'm One Girl, with Some BIG IDEAS" and it just wouldn't be me if I didn't give it a try.
So first off, if you have not watched the information video please do so , it will give you a good idea of what Cool Sculpting is and how it works.
For the last 16 years I have struggled with the C-Section Baby Pouch that will not go away no matter how may sit ups I do. I just come to the conclusion that its part of life and its my Mommy Badge. Then when I saw this I couldn't pass up the opportunity to make that unwanted fat go away! Plus this year is my 20th high school reunion and the Hubs and I have been wanting to loose about 20 pounds before we make our appearance at the reunion, and not to mention we bought the most awesome Motorcycle last fall and I need to loose about 20 pounds to fit on the little seat without my fat hanging over my jeans!
So, I scheduled my appointment and was ready to go. I arrived atDermatology Consultantsin Eagan where I was greeted by Cindy. She had me fill out some paperwork to get started. Then Nancy asked me a few questions about my blog and we got to talking about CoolSculpting. As we talked it seems like almost everyone atDermatology Consultantshas had the procedure done, from the nurses to the front desk staff and even all the Doctors. From Underarm Fat, to the Side Muffin Top, Back Fat and my new favorite word and analogy the Banana Roll! The Banana Roll is the fat that is located under your butt that rolls if you get to fat there! Totally funny, but when I got home I had to make sure that I didn't have that going on as well!
The staff atDermatology Consultantsis Awesome! They took very good care of me from the time I got there until I left. Jamie~who actually did the procedure on me along with Dr. Barlow is the best!
Stay tuned for my next blog that will feature the "New Promo Video" and fill you in on all the details of the actually procedure. If you can't wait and want to schedule your own CoolSculpting procedure, give my friends atDermatology Consultantsa call today at 651-251-3300.

As you may just have noticed I have not been posting as often, well first I'm sorry about that. This 4 week contract has kept me busy let alone has left me with no time for anything but working.
So I thought I would share with you the reason I have been M.I.A (missing in actions) for the last four weeks.
I have been held up here:
TN Marketing: Wayzata
The Front Doors:
The Lobby:
The Hallway to my Desk and My Desk:
My Desk:
Sorry about the quality of the pictures, I took them very quickly with my iPhone. I did't want anybody to think I was weird taking picture of the places that I work. Even though its super cool and I didn't get a picture of the second floor where they keep the super awesome coffee maker that makes me as many as I want awesome Milky Way Latte's!
So I hope this makes up for my lack of posts. I will try and catch up this week and get back onto my normal posting schedule.
